Here at Graced-Up Living we create a nurturing and inclusive community where everyone can thrive, regardless of their financial circumstances. We believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive, and dignified place to call home. We aim to foster an environment of compassion, respect, and empowerment that not only addresses the housing needs of our residents but also empowers them to take charge of their lives and work towards their personal goals. We were founded in 2023 and we service the DC, MD, VA area.

Our Mid-Term Rental facility is designed to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, promoting a sense of family and unity among our residents. Graced-Up Living is more than just affordable housing, it’s a place where individuals can rediscover hope and regain their footing on the path to a better life. Our care
Graced-Up Living has both private and shared rooms are available. All house members participate daily in maintaining a clean and orderly household. Every home has a house lead who holds weekly group meetings, oversees the home and helps to coordinate any 3rd party services offered to members. We create nurturing homes for courageous living by specifically designing our homes to provide housing and related services for each particular demographic. Because of that, our residents have access to a wide variety of services provided by outsourced 3rd parties. These include
Doctor / Nurse home visits
Home health services (RN, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy)
Hospice
Durable medical equipment
Case management

Behavioral counseling and therapy
